Year 2016
In 2016, Ubisoft launched the video game For Honor Scars, in which players can experience the lives and deaths of different warriors like knights, samurais or vikings using a third-person perspective.
" A scar on a weapon can say a lot about its owner's life. And death.
Scars, the website, offers a real-time interactive experience with ultra-realistic rendering. Thanks to the techniques of motion capture and spatialized sound design, the user can go through the epic battles each warrior took part throughout his life.
The experience also features a weapon customization tool to let users get an overview of For Honor weapons variety and share their creations on social networks.
